About Us:Automotive Outfitters is a leading Canadian retailer and installer of car and truck accessories. We’re a fast-paced, growing company seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Amazon Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon operations.

Role Overview:As our Amazon Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on our Amazon storefront. This role involves handling customer communications, claims, inventory coordination, shipping logistics, and ongoing optimization of our listings and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages throughout the day
• Manage Amazon claims (AZ Claims)
• Process in-house orders:
• Print and apply shipping stickers
• Replenish inventory for in-house products
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners
• Oversee drop ship orders
• Troubleshoot on-hold orders
• Identify opportunities to send stock to FBA or adjust pricing
• Handle returns
• Process online return requests
• Monitor and manage order cancellations
• Track shipments from vendors

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (Preffered)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting order/shipping issues
• Excellent written communication skills
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, logistics, or inventory management is an asset
