Job Purpose:

The position will be responsible for all business analysis requirements of the Bank. This will include, but not limited to, ongoing review and assessment of business requirements, preparation of business requirements documents (BRD), coordination of the developments of systems solutions and user acceptance testing (UAT). Responsibilities will extend to design and report development, documentation, testing and implementation of solutions and providing on-going support.

1. Manage new product/MIS development and existing product/MIS enhancement - development, integration, testing and Parent Bank project team coordination

• Interact with the Product Managers/Business team and Subject Matter Experts to define project needs.

• Develop scope documents, workflow, system architecture, BRD and test cases

• Develop and maintain Project charter and Project tracker via MS Project /confluence/Jira

• Articulate system capabilities to meet business needs

• Ensure requirements are clear, concise and easy to understand

• Validate project documents are written to include all project deliverables

• Communicate with stakeholders and the software development team to ensure requirements are programmed as per project deliverables

• Update project documents as needed, including revising mock-ups and project samples

• Conduct final requirements validation with Product Manager, business and project owners.

• Provide status updates, escalation to manager as appropriate

• Review and refine scope documents as the project move forward

• Meeting defined timelines for closing projects

2. Initiate and manage new innovative technology application and infrastructure projects

3. Liaise with Internal technical resources of the Parent Bank and third parties/external vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

4. Responsible for preparation and filing of all types of customer tax receipts and regulatory XML validation and reporting.

• Coordinate with Parent Bank India technology, operations and product team to and ensure latest XML specifications are shared

• Validate tax receipts as per latest regulatory XML requirement.

• Filling of all CRA tax receipts

5. Assist in preparation of management dashboards, reports and presentation

6. Work on all banking applications to enhance and develop functionalities.

7. Analyse customer related technical Live issues /change request/automation- interact with the customer service team/Branches/operations and customers if required to understand any issues raised by them and simulate the same in UAT environment and raise the issue with Parent Bank or external vendor technology team for resolution.

8. Participate in the preparation of systems training manuals, system workflow and process flow.

9. Other projects and duties as assigned from time to time.
