Job Responsibility:

Job Titel: Experienced Stress Analyst

Open position: 10

Salary range: CAD $120,000 – $140,000/YR( Negotiable)

Location : Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

VISA: Citizen, PR and Open work permit.

Skill set:

• Perform static strength, fatigue using both classical methods and finite element models (DFEM/GFEM)
• Worked from concept to certification phases, with contribution to PDR, CDR reviews
• Develop and review structural substantiation reports in support of FAA/EASA certification (Part 25 compliance).
• Should have worked on new aircraft (civilian/business jets) development program

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in structural stress analysis within commercial aircraft development programs.
• In-depth knowledge of composite and metallic structures, fatigue and damage tolerance methodologies, and material behavior.
• Proficient in industry-standard tools: NASTRAN, Patran, FEMAP, HyperMesh, Abaqus, or equivalent.
• Strong background in FAR/CS-25 structural requirements and compliance documentation.
• Experience preparing and reviewing certification-level reports.

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
