OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our bakery plant manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating various machinery, including dough mixing machines and lathes. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are fabricated to specifications with precision and efficiency.

Duties

• Operate mixing machines and lathes to produce high-quality components according to engineering specifications.
• Assemble parts and components as per assembly instructions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize SolidWorks for interpreting technical drawings and designs to facilitate the machining process.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting issues related to logic controllers and mechanical systems.
• Fabricate parts using various machining techniques while adhering to safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in operating food industry relevant machines with a solid understanding of machining processes for atleast 2 years prior experience.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks for interpreting designs and creating machining plans.
• Experience with Fanuc controls is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
• Ability to assemble components accurately while paying attention to detail.
• Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
