We are thrilled to announce that we are hiring Business Instructors for our Diploma courses starting in January .

TITLE: BUSINESS INSTRUCTOR

POSITION OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will be capable of teaching business in Diploma courses.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-time, contract (15/20 hours per week)

TERM: Winter – January (15 weeks)

LOCATION: Surrey, BC: The candidate must be able to commute to our Surrey Campus.

SCHEDULE: Part-Time: 15/20 hours per week.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR SESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the teaching subject area or related field
• 1 year experience teaching the same or similar courses at another BC post-secondary institution
• Industry experience will be considered an asset

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to prepare detailed lesson plans
• Able to use technology and online teaching technique
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent instructional capability
• Able to maintain professionalism
• Strong Proficiency in English
