Job Responsibility:

Customer Service:

· Professionally & courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns.

· Maintain an overall focus on enhancing the customer experience.

· Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.

– Ability to interact on clients the phone, online and in person

ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING:

· Respond to resident inquiries, feedback, complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

· Shows vacant & furnished apartments to potential tenant

· Accept and assist with review and completion of lease applications.

· Report to the General Manager

· You successfully manage all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.

· You are able to multitask and stay on course with work at hand.

REQUIREMENTS:

· A minimum 3 year experience in rental property management and administration is a must.

· Quick learner, exceptional written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.

· Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel.

· HSA knowledge and non-profit experience is an asset.

· RTA knowledge is a must

· Must be fluent in written and spoken English, other languages is required.

Job Type: FULL TIME

Salary: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
