Job Responsibility:

AWS Node JS (Lamda experience) Backend Developer

Toronto, Hybrid

Long Term Contract / Full time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AWS Backend Developer or similar role
• Strong understanding of AWS services and architectures, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.
• Proficiency in Node.js
• Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of serverless application patterns and best practices
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JEST
• Familiarity with microservices architecture principles
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform
• Knowledge of backend development frameworks and libraries
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

• AWS certification such as AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
