Job information Filing Clerk from the Company NeuroRx Research, this latest Filing Clerk job vacancy is located in the city Montréal, QC located in the country Canada . Job Responsibility:

The Filing Clerk assists all PMs by generating and filing trial-specific documentation for ongoing trials. The Filing Clerk also assists other department at NeuroRx in the printing, scanning, and filing of various documents, and by providing them with administrative support when necessary. The Filing Clerk will also act as a backup to the NeuroRx Administrative Assistant. Finally, the Filing Clerk assists in boxing closed trials for storage at Iron Mountain.

Duties include filing, sorting, and matching Project Management documents such as:

  • MRI Information Forms
  • Scans on CD/R
  • MRI measurement related documents
  • Any other patient-scan related documentation
  • Site Surveys
  • Correspondence via fax, email etc
  • Site activation-related documentation

Additional duties for assisting various departments at NeuroRx include:

· Assist with the Administrative Assistant with the employee interview process for potential new candidates such as administering tests, reviewing test results, and setting up online interviews

· Monitor and track progress of filing workload to ensure an efficient workflow

· Keeping track of and organizing FedEx Scans received per trial, and copying them to the file server for the Project Managers

· Managing the collection of signatures for various NeuroRx documents by coordinating with various departments

· Ensuring that all the NeuroRx training forms are completed in the proper format as well as identifying typos and/or mistakes that were made on the training forms, and ensuring that these are corrected

· Assisting the QA Unit with various administrative tasks such as review, filing, and scanning of new employee and company binders

· Assisting the Web-based Applications group with various administrative tasks such as review, filing and scanning of Web-based applications binders

· Assisting the Image Analysis group with various administrative tasks such as scanning the various software related documents

  • Iron Mountain boxing and inventories for archiving
