An enthusiastic individual who is passionate about office management and organization to work with the Professional Practice and Education team to create and refine office processes including but not limited to digitization, website content management, data entry, document creation and management, creation of informative and visually appealing posters, and event planning. The successful candidate will work well both independently and in a team environment, and bring creativity to the role. What you bring to Oak Valley Health:
- Proven MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) required
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven well-developed customer-service focus
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to think independently to proactively anticipate needs
- Must demonstrate high initiative and efficiency with accurate attention to detail
- Qualifies for the Summer Job Program:
- Between the ages of 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment
- Is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
