• Identify processes with opportunities for improvement
• Improve and implement new procedures
• Assume a consulting role with the teams
• Work in collaboration with different departments such as sales, business development, product development and corporate teams to foster collaboration and connectivity
• Plans and tracks timelines for projects and initiatives
• Provides reports defining project and initiative progress, issues and solutions;

Qualifications:

• Holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or other degree relevant to the position*;
• Holds a graduate degree in an appropriate discipline, an asset;
• Has experience in process reengineering/mapping and continuous improvement;
• Demonstrates the ability to work in French and English, both orally and in writing;
• Holds a Lean Six Sigma certification; Green Belt level, an asset.
