We are looking for a strong leader with retail experience to oversee our daily games room operations with a goal of providing a high quality guest experience with the highest standards in cleanliness.

Responsibilities of the Games Room Manager:

• Ensuring all games staff are trained according to Wacky's standards
• Overseeing all games room attendants
• Ordering and organizing of all Games Room prizing with a strong focus on current trends
• Completing regular inventories of all Games Room prizing
• Admin/Cash Accountability for prize room sales
• Communication with our Games Technician for Advanced Repairs
• Ensuring the highest standard in games room cleanliness at all times
• Daily/weekly games testing to ensure 100% games functionality at all times.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
• Promoting our offerings on a wide range of social media platforms
• Enforcing all house rules in the games room at all times
• Oversee all games room merchandising
• Ensuring the prize room and all prizing games are fully stocked and robust with relevant prizing at all times
• Delegate and follow up on daily, weekly and monthly checklists
