A day in the life as a Heighten Account ManagerOur Account Manager is a dynamic and engaging job that requires a unique blend of communication skills, data analysis, and strategic thinking. In this role, you'll be heavily involved in building and nurturing client relationships, constantly adapting to meet their needs, and staying informed about industry developments. It's a challenging but rewarding position for those who thrive on managing and growing client accounts.

As an Account Manager at Heighten, you will work to support our go-to-market strategy that ensures best practices in lead generation, expanding our digital presence, and uncovering unique ways to connect with customers.

  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts and work with new clients to maximize our footprint.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric mindset is vital to understanding and addressing the needs and preferences of the target audience effectively.
  • Technical Liason: Serve as a bridge between clients and our technical, and customer care teams, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution
