Do you have what it takes?· Previous reception, front of house or concierge experience (Required)· Previous experience with Social Media Management (Required).· Previous experience in the Medical Aesthetic Industry (Required).· Proficiency in Windows Office and patient management software· Retail Experience (beneficial)· Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required)· Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance· Strong Administrative skills· Outgoing and welcoming persona

Responsibilities:· Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic.· Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and Patient management system.· Manage Clinic's Instagram account.· Billing and Invoice management.· Maintain patient flow and room management.· Goods inwards and delivery.· Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software.· Work effectively both independently and in teams.· Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
