iate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. This position combines sales responsibilities with essential warehouse tasks to maintain smooth operations and deliver excellent service. *What You Will Do* * *Customer Service:* Provide fast and friendly service at the counter, over the phone, and through email. Assess customer needs and offer assistance and solutions. * *Order Processing:* Process orders quickly, handle returns and required paperwork, and source items not in stock. * *Warehouse Duties:* Assist with picking and packing orders, restocking items, and accurately keeping track of inventory. * *Logistics Support:* Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, and make deliveries when needed. * *Team Collaboration:* Work alongside team members to resolve issues related to orders, transfers, and purchase orders.
