Job Responsibility:

Essential Skills:

• 2 to 3 years of solid experience in AWS CDK
• CDK
• Python
• Type Script
• NodeJS
• AWS Engineer - AWS Native Services, CDK & Container / CDK Container
• Unix/Linux Servers and Database migrations, Storage migrations (EMC and HDS), P2V (Physical toVirtual),
• Oracle Solaris SPARC virtualization infrastructure setup, Oracle RAC setup and upgrade
• Oracle Data-guard setup; IBM IHS and WebSphere Application server and Jboss Middleware
• Project net new installation on the system, upgrade and fixpack on exisitng systems;
• Setup and Support VMware vSphereESXi 5.1 infrastructure with multiple host nodes, HBA, SAN switch and data-Center component tupgrades.
• Strong technical background and experience in SAN storage, Database and server systems, disk management, network technologies.
• DevOps/Cloud: IaaS/PaaS, OpenStack, VMware, puppet, Confluence, Ansible Playbook, Ansible Tower, JIRA, BitBucket, Artifactory, Nexus, Docker, ELK.

Desirable Skills:

• Thought leadership, excellent communication, and trouble shooting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• AWS CDK: 2 years (preferred)
