Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with a focus on Appian technology to join our team as a Senior Associate in Computer Science. With 6 to 10 years of experience the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Appian solutions to drive efficiency and innovation in our Global Employee Benefits (GEB) domain.

What you will do

• Lead the development and customization of Appian applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design test and deploy scalable high-quality Appian solutions.
• Manage Appian environments including installation configuration and administration ensuring high availability and performance.
• Conduct thorough Appian testing to identify and resolve issues before production deployment.
• Use standard methodologies in Appian development and administration to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

What you bring to the role

• Must have a solid foundation in Appian development administration and testing with at least 4+years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in Appian installation and solution deployment is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills capable of working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Appian Developer Certification is required.
