Job Responsibility:

Residential Garage Door Salesperson

Full-time employment position in the Residential Garage Door Division at Ultra-Lite. Payment structure, salary plus commission, is negotiable during interview process. Comprehensive benefits plan will be established after the appropriate grace period.

Responsibilities:

• Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients

• Performing needs analysis for clients

• Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients

• Monitoring competitors’ sales activities

• Prospecting for potential clients. (Builders)

• Coordinating sales efforts with other departments

• Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities

Skill Requirements and Qualifications

Ultra-Lite is asking for all applicants to have the following skills and qualifications. Experience in sales is required and knowledge of doors, windows and entry-way enclosures are an asset to this position. Additionally:

• Excellent organization skills

• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to overcome objections from potential clients

Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns

• Self-motivated energy

• A valid driver’s license

• Record of achieving quotas

• Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables
