Job Responsibility:

Providing Excellent Customer Service – This includes greeting customers when they enter or leave the store, supplying sales information, responding efficiently to inquiries, suggestive selling, introducing new products, resolving issues, providing relevant merchandise information, and creating a positive, trusting relationship.

Managing Transactions – This includes sales, business account vouchers, in-store orders, merchandise credits, ensuring the accuracy of prices and adjusting as necessary, coupons, refunds, exchanges, and processing discounts.

Keeping Accurate Track of Cash – This includes providing change, counting and maintaining floats, and end of day deposits.

Protecting Our Product – This includes attaching/detaching security tags, monitoring floor merchandise, and recognizing signs of shoplifters.

Pricing and putting out merchandise

Opening and Closing the store

Maintaining a clean, well stocked till area

The correct candidate should possess a friendly, outgoing personality. Have strong organizational and problem solving skills, be able to work under pressure, be a team player, and have a sense of urgency to learn. You must have availability for evenings and weekends as needed. Must provide a criminal record check.
