Job Responsibility:

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, supporting food preparation and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling dishes- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area- Support kitchen staff during peak hours by helping with dishwashing and cleaning duties- Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of food supplies- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and kitchen equipment- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and portioning- Strong guest service orientation with good communication skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices- Interest in the food industry, hospitality, or restaurant operations- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed
