We are a property management and real estate firm seeking a property administrator to join our team.

Both remote and remote hybrid considered on a candidate by candidate basis.

Job Description:

• This role remotely manages properties for our clients, including the sale and maintenance processes utilizing local service representatives: Realtors and Trades.
• Property Administrators open and maintain files within our operating systems, manage the progress of individual files, troubleshoot issues, create client and internal reporting, perform quality assurance and associated clerical tasks.
• Candidates should be proficient in the standard MS and Adobe programs, and experience in Real Estate or a similar field will be considered an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
