Job Responsibility:

Recall Coordinator Position

We are looking for a dependable, determined, Recall Coordinator who will be highly successful at booking patients for their hearing appointments. You will be responsible for calling and scheduling patients for multiple appointment types at multiple clinic locations. Experience with high outbound call volume is a must.

This is a full time salaried position. This position is critical for patient hearing health outcomes, and the success of True Hearing Health. True Hearing Health's mission is to change the way that patients view hearing healthcare and help them understand how important hearing is to their overall health and wellness.

This position will also be trained as a backup Patient Care Coordinator, who will be responsible for covering sick/vacation time for other Patient Care Coordinators. Occasional travel between clinics will be required.

Job Expectation and Responsibilities

• Making hundreds of outbound telephone calls per week
• Motivating patients to schedule their appointments
• Managing clinical schedules while booking patient appointments
• Helping struggling patients to see that there is hope and that we can fix their problem
• Ensuring that patients have an experience that is worth telling a story about
• Learning and implementing the professional tools that we have developed

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
