The Role:We seek an accomplished server with demonstrated fine dining experience to join our service team. This position demands:

Service Excellence Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in upscale/fine dining environments
• Expert-level knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine service protocols
• Mastery of full dining room service sequencing (from amuse to digestif)
• Ability to confidently recommend wine pairings from our wine menu
• Impeccable tableside manner including proper crumbing, decanting, and finishing techniques

Operational Standards:

• Complete command of POS systems (OpenTable, Sevenshifts experience preferred)
• Meticulous attention to table maintenance and service timing
• Ability to gracefully manage 5-7 table sections during peak service
• Thorough understanding of dietary restrictions and allergy protocols
