  • Oversee the Compensation department and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoice and payments.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze IDC Compensation processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with operation and other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Manage IDC relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices
  • Regularly review and analyze broker costs, delivery costs, and other financial parameters as requested.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports on financial metrics and trends to provide insight into performance outcomes.
  • Ensure comprehensive training and professional development for the technician team to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Lead the technician team, ensuring precise execution of tasks related to IDCs and ensure the new information, organizational objectives and any updates in the processes are effectively communicated to the team.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings with the technician team and with stations managers to keep projects and communications on track and aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring proactive and clear communication about weekly cost issues, opportunities and any other related topics to IDCs.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Financial Analysis and managing the team min 8 years experience
  • Strong analytical skills, organized and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manager multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in financial software and Excel.
