Housekeeping Assistant Manager

Overview:

Sunwolf Resort in Brackendale, BC offers 12 Riverside Cabins, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath Lodge and a meeting space. We also support the coolest café in the Sea to Sky - Fergie's! We are located in Brackendale (just north of Squamish) on Squamish Valley Road (less than five minutes from Hwy 99).We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Housekeeping Assistant Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Duties:- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.- Manage and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

-Help clean cabins and do laundry

Skills:- Proven experience in hospitality, custodial, hotel, or industrial cleaning.- Strong leadership and organizational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling procedures.
