Job Responsibility: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• fill out attribute sheet every hour based on visual inspection.
• Report any and all visual defects found to the Shift Leader or QA Technician in the affected department.
• stamp date and operator number on the box label and skid bar code.
• ensure correct box label and bar code is being used by using specification sheet at the machine as a reference.
• keep a record of number of boxes or pallets produced and report the production number to the Shift Leader at the end of shift.
• ensure machine and area around the machine is left clean and tidy at the end of your shift.
• report any unsafe conditions to the Shift Leader for correction.
