Job Responsibility:
The Pawsh Dog is hiring dog daycare attendants to work at our Winnipeg locations:
10-1580 Taylor Avenue Winnipeg, R3N 2A7
3330 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, R3K 0Z1
Job Duties Include:
- Checking in and checking out clients
- Taking payments and keeping records
- Managing dog group play (formal training provided)
- Feeding and watering dogs according to owner instructions and company protocols
- Medicating dogs according to owner instructions and company protocols
- Completing services requested by the owners including toenail trimming, ear cleaning, training, tooth-brushing etc
- Maintaining the facility in a clean and hygienic condition
- Laundry
- Completing behavioral assessments of dogs
- Completing training requirements with dogs
Ideal Candidate
- 18 years of age or older
- drivers license required with access to vehicle
- Criminal Record Check
- Reliable attendance record in previous jobs
- Candidates with experience working professionally with dogs will be given preference.
- Be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40Ibs
Work remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal
Pay: $15.30-$17.00 per hour
