Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and provide tailored furniture recommendations.
- Drive furniture sales by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure an exceptional service experience.
- Manage showroom displays and ensure furniture is showcased according to brand standards.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of furniture sales experience, with a solid understanding of the furniture market.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Passion for furniture and interior design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Mandarin is an asset.
