OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the order processing cycle. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is essential, and bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to provide updates on order status and resolve any inquiries.
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer information and order details in the system.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze order trends and customer feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist in generating reports related to order processing and customer service metrics.
Requirements
- Proficient in English; bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze information and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with order management systems is an advantage.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
