Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to support our technology portfolio management activities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI Tableau, Demand Forecasting, MS Excel & presentation software.
In this role, you will
- Understanding of capacity planning, resource management, forecasting (preferably Clarity tool), timesheet, adjustments, invoice reconciliation.
- Developing executive level visual reports using Excel and Power BI solutions.
- Manage overall onboarding/offboarding/extensions related to non-FTE resources.
- Own the process of maintaining portfolio level financial reporting generated from Clarity.
- Own the process of maintaining portfolio level resource master to support critical report that includes, but not limited to pod cost, product group cost, etc.
What you'll need to succeed (required skills)
- Possess a solid background in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Possess strong analytical skill to identify gaps, errors and help to manage the remediation by documenting and working with the respective teams
- Ability to build simple data parsing scripts to support the analysis with multiple data sources.
- Be proficient in demand forecasting for retail using advanced techniques.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
