WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support service through bar-backing, food running, bussing, and expediting
- Ensure tables are cleared, reset, and guest-ready at all times
- Assist servers and bartenders to keep things moving smoothly during service
- Be knowledgeable about food, drink, and allergy information
- Carry multiple plates and use trays to safely remove glassware and dishes
- Communicate clearly with the team and jump in wherever needed
- Follow health & safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized
- Contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment that puts guests first
WHO YOU ARE:
- Experience in a busy restaurant or bar is a strong asset
- SmartServe Certified
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Passionate about hospitality and creating positive guest moments
- Calm, adaptable, and reliable under pressure
- Willing to learn and grow with the team
