We are currently looking for Warehouse General Labourer to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Location: 1280 Courtneypark Dr E, Mississauga, ON L5T 1N6

Day Shift: 7:30AM - 4:00PM

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the receipt, handling, shipping and storage of goods.
• Audit paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Pick and pack orders to customer requirements.
• Build kits as per specifications provided.
• Ensure orders are accurate according to the packing slip and customer requirements.
• Operate packaging machines (tape, shrink wrap, pallet wrapper, etc.)
• Repackage, re-label, refurbish and sticker product as required.
• Assist with inventory control processes. Note and communicate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for daily operations of the facility.
• Pick up garbage, empty garbage bins and sweep floors.
• Other duties and assignments as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse / Distribution environment.
• Experience with manual and automated material handling equipment i.e. shrink wrap, pallet wrapper, pump truck, etc.
• Effective communication skills in English - read, write, listen and speak.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to manually lift / carry product / boxes of various sizes up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work safely and effectively under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
• Consciously contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive team environment.
• Able to work overtime as required.
