We are currently looking for a day shift Warehouse Lead Hand (6:00 AM-2:30 PM) and an afternoon shift Warehouse Lead Hand (2:30 PM-11:00 PM) to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

LOCATION: 12480 Coleraine Drive, Bolton, ON

What You'll Do:

• Assign and prioritize duties in order to meet customer requirements.
• Investigate issues to find the root cause. Recommend solutions to resolve and prevent recurrence.
• Resolve escalated process issues with the team.
• Make recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment through adherence to security and safety policies.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Receive, handle, ship and store goods.
• Verify and document the quantity and condition of goods received and shipped.
• Audit paperwork to ensure accuracy. Scan individual items. Process items as per work instructions.
• Pick and pack orders to customer requirements.
• Ensure orders are ready for shipment to customers in adherence to delivery schedules.
• Assist with inventory control processes. Note and communicate inventory discrepancies.
• Train new employees on processes and procedures.
• Assist in the execution of any Continuous Improvement initiatives.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Minimum 3 years' experience working in a distribution / 3PL environment.
• Prior leadership / supervisory experience.
• Valid current MHE Operating Certificates for forklift equipment including Raymond Reach, Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Power Walkie.
• Experience working in a GMP / AIB facility is a definite asset.
• Ability to manually lift / carry product / boxes of various sizes up to 50 lbs.
• Effective and professional communication skills - writing (email etiquette), speaking, listening.
• Effective communication skills in English - read, write, listen and speak.
• Experience with warehouse management system (WMS).
• Able to work safely and effectively under pressure in a time sensitive environment.
