• Proficiency in:
• Visual Basic.NET (a must-have; please do not apply if you do not have this experience)
• C#
• MSSQL and writing SQL queries
• Microsoft 365 environment
• Crystal Reports
• Source/version control systems such as Git
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills - you're someone who can dig into code, understand how things work, and suggest improvements.
• Solid communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Experience creating clear technical documentation.
• A systems thinker - able to see the big picture while keeping track of the details.
