As the Resident Services Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our resident wellness operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. You will be responsible for staff management, budget control, and compliance with health regulations. Additionally, you will promote wellness programs that support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your role will be crucial in providing personalized and compassionate support that meets the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
