PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The intern must do various administrative tasks to support the lease management team. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Digitize leases;
  • Re-register leases;
  • Validate data for new software;
  • File documentation;
  • Create applications for business permits;
  • Enter miscellaneous invoices;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of retail (asset);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software (World, Excel, Outlook);
  • Attention to detail;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Autonomy.
