Position Summary

A Mobile Developer is responsible for the architecture, design and development of the mobile research tools in the Metricwire Platform. You will be building and maintaining software to help researcher teams design clinical research studies. The successful candidate must have excellent Flutter and mobile development skills and be willing to learn and adapt to new mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

· Take ownership over development of new and existing mobile applications

· Architect, develop, test and document applications

· Work closely with our team to translate the product vision into a high quality, scalable and maintainable applications

· Work on Flutter Applications written in the Dart Programming Language

Requirements

· Experience working with Flutter and Dart Programming Language

· Experience writing automated unit, integration and End to End Tests

· Experience working with State Management tools such as Provider, Get_It, Redux and Bloc Provider Pattern

· Experience working with SQL and NoSQL mobile databases

· Experience transforming a UI Mockup to software applications

· Experience with RESTful web services and handling data in JSON

· Knowledge and experience with common programming design patterns, memory management, UI/UX and their best practices

· Experience with native mobile technologies such as Java for Android or Objective-C/Swift for iOS is an asset

· Knowledge and experience working with Git version control system

· Passionate about learning and implementing new technologies

· Effective oral and written English communication skills

· Desire to work in a fast paced environment

· Detail oriented problem solver

· Self-starter and quick learner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
