Reporting to the Manager, Financial Operations, this position is responsible for providing a variety of financial operations.

Essential Qualifications: Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Please note selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Bachelors in Finance, accounting or related field
- Experience in financial management which includes the preparations of O&M, Capital and Supplemental budgets.
- Experience with financial reporting, variance analysis and risk assessment criteria for contract and intergovernmental agreements.
- Experience in coordinating and preparing departmental submissions for approval, including budget submissions, variance reports and year-end activities.
- Experience preparing senior management briefing documents, which incorporate research Statistical analysis.
- Experience in providing recommendations to enhance program delivery and improve financial processes.
Candidates who have education/coursework and/or training along with considerable experience in the essential qualification listed above may be equally considered.
