This position offers the flexibility of being an independent contractor and requires travel across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Responsibilities:

• Contacting agents regarding MLS listings
• Meeting with agents at the property
• Presenting comparable sales of renovated houses in the area
• Demonstrating how renovations can enhance the property's value, speed up sales, and increase profitability.
• Offering full renovation services including bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, painting, and basement renovations

Requirements:

• Access to a car and willingness to travel across the GTA
• 3 years of sales experience ( preferably external sales)
• real estate experience is an asset but not mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for real estate and home renovations
