Job Responsibility:

Mongio Early Learning Center, a vibrant childcare center located in New Westminster, BC is looking to hire a staff scheduler. This position is part time (8-10 hours per week.)

Job Duties

· Maintain weekly staff schedule (This part of the position would be onsite at Mongio.)

· Manage On Call staff scheduling and arrange substitute staff (This part of the position would be remote.)

Qualifications:

1. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

2. Computer skills and experience. Knowledge of Word and Excel.

3. Current criminal record check.

Direct Report: Principal

Hours of Work: 8-10 hours per week

· Sunday to Thursday: 7:30pm 8:30 pm (remote) – flexible

· Friday: 9:00am-1:00pm (onsite)

Starting Wage:

$18.00 -19.50
