Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to analyze data to optimize operations.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• The candidate must have Manufacturing Supervisor Experience.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance productivity.
• Implement and maintain organizational systems for inventory management, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
• Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments, including E-commerce teams, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in data analysis skills to interpret operational metrics effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus.
• Familiarity with E-commerce operations is advantageous.
• Ability to develop systems that enhance efficiency within the warehouse environment.
