Unity Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and skilled Receptionist Admin to join our team. Thisis a permanent, on-site, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) that requires careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. Position Description: The Receptionist Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional member service. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:
· Receive and refer incoming calls and online communication from various platforms to applicable staff members and departments.
· Provide a variety of routine office administration support services such as maintaining filing systems, maintaining office equipment, maintaining office supply inventory, and other office support tasks.
· Generate and distribute a variety of complex and confidential correspondences, minutes, agendas, and reports for board and executive.
· Attend board meetings as scheduled and record minutes.
· Promoting Unity Credit Union and maintaining active involvement in the community.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have completed Grade 12 plus one to three years of proven exceptional member service experience. Credit Union or other financial institution experience is strongly preferred.
