YOUR ROLE

The Aldo group is looking for an individual who can support the Ladies Footwear business. The ideal person is energetic, self-motivated, organized and able to multi task.

This person will work directly with the buying team and report to the Director of Ladies Footwear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Buying team in administrative tasks required for ordering periods.
    • Change Retail price for retail channel in SAP
    • Coordinate with POM team on SAP orders execution and delivery changes.
    • Print PK cards in SAP/BI and RMM worksheets
  • Support Buying team in weekly in-season management activities
    • Run Weekly Recap from dashboard and send to buying team (sales, inventory, availability)
    • Print weekly KPI reports for the team (OTB, XBR, Budget Summaries, Sales Analysis)
  • Support Buying team in GTM milestones reporting and presentation buildings (ex: Master List - GTM, Key Messages, Big Bets, etc, Best Sellers)
  • Support with cross-functional departments request, e.g. VM, PR & Marketing
  • General administrative tasks
    • Take minutes in meetings (ex: Bi-Wkly Product review).
    • Organize Meetings and conference calls
    • Recap room maintenance
    • VM sequence building administrative support

  • 1-2 year working experience. Retail background an asset- understanding of buying cycle
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
