Job Description:

As a Clinic Supervisor at Body In Tune, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our clinic. We are seeking self-starters and “go-getters” who possess a deep and conscientious work ethic, along with a strong desire to deliver results. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about promoting wellness within our community.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Staffing and Hiring:

• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for clinic staff and practitioners.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations based on organizational needs and standards of excellence.

2. Practitioner Recruitment:

• Identify and recruit qualified practitioners in physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, and other wellness disciplines.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to attract top talent to our clinic.

3. Clinic-wide Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote clinic services and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital content.
• Monitor key performance indicators and adjust marketing strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

4. General Oversight:

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to clinic staff and practitioners, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to delivering exceptional patient care.

5. Other Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling and appointment bookings to optimize clinic efficiency and accommodate client needs.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with management team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance clinic performance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a similar role at a similar clinic
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving sales, achieving targets, and delivering results in a fast- paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
