About Us:

We are an established music software company seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team full-time as a Shipping Assistant and Customer Service Support Specialist. This role offers a diverse variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping Assistant:

· Labeling and assembling products

· Packing and processing shipments

· Performing miscellaneous maintenance tasks

Customer Service:

· Responding to customer sales and support inquiries via email, online chat, and a multi-line phone system

· Data entry and record keeping

Qualifications:

· Ability to lift 25+ kgs

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong multitasking abilities

· Proficiency with Windows or Mac computers

· Knowledge of music software is a plus, but not required

· Availability for early morning shifts

· Strong team player

Position Details:

· Full-time (40 hours per week)

· Starting wage: $19 per hour

· Extended health benefits available after successful completion of the probation period
