We are currently looking for an Event Supervisor – willing to work on weekends.

The Event Supervisor In addition to sound knowledge and experience in hospitality operations, we will need you to be a natural leader who inspires team members to maximize their full potential and exceed guest expectations. We will need you to coach and guide team members in all aspects of the operation to ensure everything runs flawlessly and hand in hand with our company policies and procedures. You will need to listen and connect with guests to evaluate quality of service and implement solutions to ensure an overall memorable experience.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work various shifts, including morning, afternoons, overnight shifts, weekends & holidays.
• Manage multi tasking and stress well
• High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and industry experience.
• 1+ years of direct work experience in banquet operation.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous banquet hall experience in high volume Successful completion of Smart Serve training Ability to understand and follow directions from others Ability to perform basic math functions Proficient in English verbal and written communication Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with diverse people, including kitchen staff Available to work nights and weekends Reliable transportation to and from work.
