Job Responsibility:

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our wonderful team in our housewares department.

Whistler Home Hardware is a small locally owned retail business in the heart of Function Junction. We specialize in both hardware and housewares, ranging from dishware and décor, to hardware and hand tools. We are open 7 days a week between the hours of 8am to 6pm for Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 5:30pm Sundays and stat days.

You will be required to have a valid Canadian work permit and be available to work weekends

Job requirements:

• Strong customer service
• Answering phones
• Great communication skills
• Assist in receiving and maintaining inventory
• Merchandising and display arranging
• Payment processing and money handling
• Must be comfortable lifting 20lb
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work individually and as part of a team
• Maintain tidy sales floor appearance
• Be available between our operating hours of 8am-6pm
• Previous sales experience is a bonus but not required
