Responsibilities include:
- Assist with planning and controlling aggregate site operations to ensure production in accordance with safety standards, design requirements, and budgeted cost expenditures to achieve production and safety KPIs.
- Align resources required to execute the tasks at the aggregate sites.
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Interact with clients/customers.
- Prepare safety, production, cost, and downtime tracking reports.
- Source parts and services for ongoing operations and maintenance activities.
- Monitor Quality Control results and provide reports to customers as required.
- Act as a resource to teams at all aggregate sites.
- Assist site teams in managing product inventories.
- Prepare and monitor demand and production forecast reports.
- Schedule and perform regular site inspections to support the site’s operations.
- Ensure all sites meet Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
- Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma with up to 3 years of experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project and Excel
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate organization and clear communication.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
