Job Type: Seasonal (May to October )

Full Time and Part Time available

As a Server, you will…

• Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs, personalizing guest interactions, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely and precise delivery.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation, to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.
• Offer expert wine recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and orderly throughout service, addressing guest needs promptly.
• Collaborate closely with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with catering server shifts for various events on the estate as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of Server experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• 1-2 years of food and beverage service experience in a fine dining environment
• Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season
• Current Serving It Right certification
• Intermediate knowledge of wine – WSET level 1 or equivalent experience an asset
